Development projects worth Rs5.7bn completed in Sindh: CM Sindh

KARACHI: Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah while chairing a meeting on Tuesday to assess the development projects in Sindh informed that 10 development projects worth Rs5.7bn have been completed in Sindh.

Speaking on the occasion, the CM Sindh said that 20 development projects of Rs5.7bn have been launched by the provincial government out of which 10 projects have been completed.

In the meeting, the CM also talked about strengthening the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) by strengthening its finances and giving the authority a bail-out package.

As per the details, the development projects pertain to improving the traffic mobility of the city by developing underpasses and flyovers, revamping the stormwater drains, and laying down new water supply lines.
